Step by Step Tutorial - Add OrgUnits

Purpose: During Client Configuration, the client's OrgUnits or Depts need to be added to Dynamic Budgets to make them available for budgeting and reporting purposes.



In order for OrgUnits to be available for budgeting and for reporting on, they need to be added to the list of OrgUnits on the  Manage OrgUnits screen. 

OrgUnits are added on this screen.  Once the OrgUnits have been added please proceed to the Manage OrgUnits screen to complete their setup.


Using the Right and Left Pointing Arrows to Select/Deselect:

1. Choose the Available Companies to which you wish to add OrgUnits;


2. Then choose from the list of Available OrgUnits and use the Right Pointing Arrows to Select the OrgUnits you wish to add.

3. The click "Save".

In the above example, all Available OrgUnits were added to the Selected Company.


OrgUnits can only be added on this screen.  To delete OrgUnits go to Manage OrgUnits.
