This error may occur the first time a user logs into the program or the first time they try to click search.
Please close the error window and either try to login or re-run the search.
If it clears up no further action is required.
If the problem persists then the user does not have read\write\modify access to the Search Profiles directory.
Contact the Customer's internal IT department.
