The assignment of the Sensitive settings provides a way to restrict viewing access to Object/Main Account and/or Budget Account Numbers. 


  1. The assignment of Sensitive Summary determines whether the user can see summarized Budget Account Number data for an assigned OrgUnit including on the Dashboard tab and reports.
  2. The assignment of Sensitive Detail determines whether the user can Drill into/view the Budget Account Number's details for an assigned OrgUnit including on the Account Details Tab and Reference Drill Down Screens.
  3. Sensitive Levels are assigned at the Object/Main Account level, and determines whether users can view the Object/Main Account including on the Dashboard tab and reports.


The assignment of these settings can be inter-dependent.
